Project 5: This dated beach bungalow had fallen victimto several slap-on additions over the years. The layout didn't make sense anymore and the infrastructure had many serious issues. We gutted the entire 1st and 2nd floors re-organizing the floor plan, everything moved to new locations in the home including the kitchen, master BR, all bathes etc. We also added some small additions where just rearranging needed a little extra help. The result was a beautiful seaside home with fantastic views, great flow for living and entertaining inside and out. |

Project 6: Renowned artist and Salmagundi Club member Robert Cestone needed a new studio and gallery. We added a new double garage connected to the house with a display gallery bridge. Above the garage is a loft studio. During this project we also gave the entire house a face lift and added a new master bath wing. |

Project 8: Totally restored post and beam structure. We then renovated the interior with the past in mind using antique barn siding and wide plank pine flooring. Discretely hid plasma TV's and Sub-Zero appliance behind antique barn panels to finish interior. Respecting the old, saving the past, while updating for the future. |
