Once a dated beach bungalow this home had been the victim of several slap-on additions over the years. The layout (if you could call it that) did not make sense anymore and the infrastructure had many serious issues. We gutted the entire 1st and 2nd floors re-organizing the floor plan, everything moved to new locations in the home including the kitchen, master BR, all bathes etc. We also added some small additions where just rearranging needed a little extra help. The result was a beautiful seaside home with fantastic views, great flow for living and entertaining inside and out.
